To understand the world of Volunteer in the Net, we must understand the profile segment of its user. The most active user and seeker remains, students. From preschool, secondary, collage and universities, the world of information seeker and active remains with this group.
Theirs activities covers information seeking, knowledge, self discovery, communication and technological know-how. The beauty about this group is that it represent the most active part in the net. These group seeks, interact and maintain the ;argest network of friendship globally. As such the first priority is to capitalize on these group and then provide its related information that correspond to tense groups needs and attention. After this the second group represent the youth segmen, drop-out and mostly worker which spend their evening at home to connect to the net.
Cyber Volunteer
The goal of Digital Islamic Library(DIL), Cyber Volunteer is to educate and also train volunteer the aspect of Islam Hadhari and the 21 st century environment know-how. Volunteer shall be open to all age of society, with the emphasive of volunteering their time at least half an hour a day or few hour a week at DIL portal. Their service include but not limited to the following:

Mentoring
Mentor is selected by the secretariat to lead group of volunteer to maintain DIL, Cyber Operation in all of its aspect. First batch of mentor shall be frorm higher learning instituition which shall undergoes a series of lectures and learning module that covers all the aspect of Cyber Operation and Portal Management.
A mentor shall also be eligible for a wide range of incentives and benefits from DIL. The goal is to provide a self sustaining as well as a volunteer based module where the potential of the net is realize and fully capitalize.
