Internet is one of the most effective tool to disseminates information around the world in 21st century. It is the most effective medium visited by people from all walk of life. Currently there is 1 billion internet user using the medium to communicate over the net.
To capitalize on this technology and remain forefront in dissemination of religious material, Digital Islamic Library is build and right content relevant to the issue should be aggregated and host over the net.
The Mufti's and scholars around the world could provide an input on the issues discussed. The solution then will be stored in the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) database.
The availability of Digital Islamic Library will enable the information to be delivered in the most effective ways, interacting Muslim scholars and target group and sharing library of authenticated databases on Islamic subjects (DIL).

The implementation of Digital Islamic Library will provide new platform for Muslim around the world to share and discuss issues on local and global basis.
It will put Malaysia as leading country in championing the aggregation of Islamic material and as Chairman of OIC countries.
The implementation of this Digital Islamic Library will be the new beginning of cyber da'wah and ability to reach the Ummah around the world anytime, anywhere and in the most effective ways.
